The customer service representative is in charge of making the customer’s experience while shopping to be unforgettable and satisfying. They are employed to oversee that customers are being attended to and make it their mission for a customer to leave the store with everything that they needed. Duties and Responsibilities

• Greets customers
• Helps the customer with any inquiries that they may have.
• Adds up the customer’s order and properly takes care of a cash drawer.
• Keeps their work station clean.
• Is reliable and arrives on time to work.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
