Recipe: Strawberry Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients: 2 ripe bananas 1 cup strawberries ½ cup almond milk (or regular milk) + extra as needed for desired consistency 1 tablespoon chia seeds + extra for topping 2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup). Directions: In a blender combine bananas, strawberries, almond milk (or regular milk), chia seeds and honey (or maple syrup). Blend until smooth but still thick enough to hold its shape when spooned into a bowl. If needed add an extra splash of almond milk if mixture is too thick. Pour mixture into a bowl then top with additional chia seeds if desired Serve immediately & enjoy!
